About Deer No No

Connecticut

Beautiful Northwest Connecticut

Here in the beautiful rolling hills of Northwest Connecticut, the deer population has been on the rise for more than a quarter of a century. With few if any natural predators, these stately animals thrive on plants, grasses, and leaves and have moved out of the deep woods and into farms, gardens, and neighborhoods in search of food. Around our house, they especially love to munch on our day lilies and lilacs.

Determined to protect our precious gardens, flowers, and plants, we set out on a quest more than twenty years ago to develop a humane and environmentally friendly method of keeping these deer away. For more than two straight years, we worked diligently testing various formulations and compounds, even in the rain and snow. The result of our efforts: Deer No No, an easy-to-use scented packet and the world’s most effective and long-lasting deer repellent.

Since we came up with our initial product, the deer have long since given up on eating our lilies and lilacs and Deer No No sales have steadily increased over the past two decades. Word of our effectiveness has spread and we now have thousands of customers who buy from us directly or through mail order catalogs and websites. To help spread the word to the millions of gardeners across the U.S. and Canada, we’re launching this new website to make purchasing Deer No No even easier and more convenient.

But don’t just take our word for it. Give Deer No No a try for yourself and find out how easy it is to protect your precious gardens and plants.

I just started using Deer No No and was immediately impressed. I only had enough little bags to put on 3 of my 11 new redwood trees. The deer immediately left those trees alone, and moved to neighboring ones.
